Home asado, venue or event: which experience format to choose
Before publishing an asado, it helps to decide what kind of table you want to build. Hosting at home, using a prepared venue or creating a one-off group event are not the same offer.
Home: closeness and smaller seats
A home asado usually works best with limited seats, a close atmosphere and a very clear description of which spaces are shared. The advantage is authenticity; the care is in setting boundaries and expectations.
To start, a small table can be easier to execute: less logistics, a clearer rhythm and more room to learn from the first guests.
Venue or event: more capacity, more operation
A venue can help if you need space, bathrooms, permissions or a larger table. It also requires a more professional offer: schedule, responsibilities, menu, drinks and a backup plan if weather changes.
The best format is not the largest one. It is the one you can deliver well and explain on a page that builds trust.
